JAM Liner (Kamuning) to Batangas Pier - Php 175
Pier to Talipanan Beach:
Galerian Lines - Php 300
Environmental fee - 50
Terminal fee - 30

Note: If you're willing to wait for 48 years in Pier, take Galerian Lines (no respect for others time.. not a good choice) or take the Minolo Lines or any other Lines bound to White Beach (Php 250) and just take the tricycle to Talipanan Beach (Php 100/tricycle)
